"This branch open time quite early it’s good for people who need good coffee before work. If some they has a good weather they have outdoors seat too. Bakery and coffee taste it nice as usual. When you finished coffee you can walk around and grab something to eat such as Berger king, pizza or Neo suki. This branch located in UD town (community mall)"

"This is a very nice and relaxing Starbucks in udon Thani. It's not super busy so it's not very loud. The staff seemed really nice like usual and most Starbucks here in Thailand."

"Great little spot, reasonably peaceful the way.it is setup. Coffee is good as you would expect from Starbucks you get consistent taste where ever you go. The outside setting is where I like to relax when I visit."

"I have to say this was a nice find. Some group tables and working rooms upstairs and the AC was nice. Customer service was superb. Helped me with the WIFI registration. The young ladies at the register spoke very clear English. You can order from the tables upstairs (didn't sit downstairs so cannot speak to that location). Bathroom, not part of Starbucks, is outside, across the way, about 200 ft. It was clean too. I was first worried about my belongings when I had to go to the bathroom, but noticed the cameras so stopped worrying. Will go back to this place! Typical Starbucks menu."

"Dont often review Starbucks because you know what your getting but this one deserves a mention because of exceptional staff. From first visit remembered all orders on all other visits, likes and dislikes and chatted away with a smile to melt the ice caps. Gave advice re places to eat/visit in Udon. Hope Starbucks appreciate you all."

"The food, drinks, and service at this Starbucks are awesome; however, this shop is small in the most popular shopping destination in Udon Thani, making for a very busy location with difficulty in finding a seat, especially on weekend afternoons. Thankfully, if you are able to get a seat, you can order to your table and avoid the ordering and pickup lines."
